“Catching Myself”

A good way to begin to practice mindfulness is called “Catching Myself” … which is what we accomplish when we observe our moment-by-moment acts of thinking, feeling and sensing as they occur in real time.  Simply  STOP, LOOK and LISTEN to the little voices inside.  Once we realize and understand what is  happening, it’s a lot easier to recognize our wise way to respond and/or discover our best version of a healthy way to calm ourselves and reduce our suffering.
