Go inward, Focus, and Re-focus

This 3-minute exercise is a short, modern version of a traditional practice.  You can close your eyes and listen… or stare softly at the screen as you GO INWARD.  If (or when) you catch your attention straying, smile to yourself and refocus on the audio.

This exercise guided you through my questions:  What is happening?  What thoughts are going through my mind?  What feelings are there?  What body sensations was here right now?

All you have to do is add your own question to turn this into YOUR creativity exercise.
