Mindfulness is practiced in different ways to support different functions. Â At its core, mindfulness is freedom of mind we develop in order toÂ recognizeÂ “what is” withoutÂ thinking about “what is.”
A simple question like “What is this?” can tilt us in the direction ofÂ insight… if we observe our thoughts lightly… and engage our assumptions and beliefs loosely.
