Mindful Activity

It’s possible to turn any activity into a practice that trains our brain to become more mindful of our body.  All we need to do is SLOW DOWN, EXPERIENCE and APPRECIATE each movement… as it occurs.

Here is a demonstration of how you might mindfully sweep snow from a sidewalk.  Imagine how you might approach one of your own chores similarly.
